Position: Technician

Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to identify mechanical faults and carry out corrective maintenance.
Basic knowledge of pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, valves, conveyors and other mechanical equipment.
Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
Basic knowledge of fitting, alignment, lubrication and bearing replacement.
Ability to use mechanical hand tools and measuring instruments.
Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shifts and attend emergency breakdowns when required.
Carry out routine inspection and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Attend equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot mechanical problems.
Perform preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities.
Ensure machines and equipment are operating safely and efficiently.
Follow all company safety rules and maintenance procedures.

Qualification: ITI/Diploma
