Write, edit, and proofread various documents as required by different departments.
Develop content and write product User Handbooks, Technical Descriptions, Overhaul and Maintenance Manuals, Design Specifications, and other technical documentation.
Create Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) documents.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to discuss document requirements and gather necessary data.
Work with various teams to assess business and technical requirements and deliver appropriate documentation.
Create, format, and update documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and PDFs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proficiency in written and oral English.
Experience with publishing software such as MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Snagit, SolidEdge, and Auto-CAD.
Ability to quickly learn and synthesize technical information.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Engineering graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics disciplines are preferred.
