UGES Powermax Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Technical Trainer who can effectively deliver technical training, simplify complex concepts, and develop the technical skills and knowledge of employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct technical training sessions for employees and trainees.
Prepare training plans, presentations, manuals, and other learning materials.
Explain technical concepts through practical examples and demonstrations.
Identify training needs and customize sessions accordingly.
Conduct assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations to measure learning effectiveness.
Provide feedback and support to trainees to improve their technical capabilities.
Coordinate with the HR and Technical teams to plan and schedule training programs.
Maintain training records, attendance, assessment results, and feedback.
Stay updated with relevant technical developments and industry practices.
Ensure training sessions are engaging, interactive, and aligned with organizational requirements.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

2–3 years of experience in teaching, technical training, or a similar role.
Strong technical knowledge and ability to explain concepts clearly.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good classroom/training management skills.
Ability to create effective training materials and presentations.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Passion for teaching, learning, and developing others.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience in conducting technical training programs.
Proficiency in MS Office/PowerPoint.
Ability to deliver both theoretical and practical training.
Good command of English and professional communication.
