• Troubleshoot network problems involving IP addressing, DHCP, routers, and switches.
  

• Diagnose and resolve issues across OSI Layers 1, 2, and 3.
  

• Perform basic network troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues.
  

• Configure and verify basic network settings, including IP addresses and DHCP configurations.
  

• Monitor network connectivity and escalate complex technical issues when required.
  

• Maintain records of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
  

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
  

• Follow standard troubleshooting procedures and technical support guidelines.
  

• Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to users and team members.
  

Requirements

? Eligibility Criteria

✅ Education: Technical Graduates will be preferred.

✅ Experience: Fresher to 18 months above (Relevant Technical Support)

✅ Excellent communication skills

✅ No career gaps, strong CV stability required
