Technical Support Executive – Voice
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our international clients via voice and chat channels. In this vital role, you will be responsible for diagnosing semi-technical issues, resolving customer queries efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. This position is crucial for maintaining client satisfaction and trust by providing prompt, accurate, and empathetic support to users facing technical challenges.
Responsibilities
Deliver professional international voice and chat support while actively listening to customer concerns to identify root causes.
Execute semi-technical troubleshooting procedures to resolve hardware, software, or connectivity issues effectively.
Manage and document customer interactions with precision, ensuring all case details are accurately recorded in the system.
Communicate complex technical solutions clearly and concisely to non-technical users through strong verbal skills.
Handle a high volume of customer inquiries with patience, focusing on swift issue resolution and maintaining service quality standards.
Utilize typing and documentation tools to create comprehensive records of support sessions and follow-up actions.
Requirements
Requirements:
Possess a minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a customer-facing or technical support environment.
Demonstrate strong active listening capabilities and a proven aptitude for logical problem-solving.
Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills suitable for international voice and chat interactions.
Maintain foundational technical knowledge to perform basic troubleshooting and guide users through solutions.
Display proficiency in typing and maintaining accurate documentation of support activities.
Show a dedicated focus on customer service excellence and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations.
