As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires continuous monitoring and analysis to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruption. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and support skills.
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
Experience with SAP Security.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within enterprise systems.
Experience in managing and supporting critical business applications to ensure high availability and performance.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes to maintain operational stability.
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
