Job Summary

Technical Sales Manager will drive sales of wastewater treatment solutions (MBBR/attached growth) by assessing client needs, conducting site evaluations, and developing optimized technical proposals. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams, deliver clear presentations, and support techno-commercial bids to achieve successful project closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present wastewater treatment solutions based on MBBR/attached growth processes
• Conduct site visits, assess plant performance, and diagnose process issues
• Work with process engineering teams to design optimized solutions
• Deliver technical presentations and proposals, addressing customer concerns with clarity and candor
• Support techno-commercial bids and drive technical closure
• Collaborate across sales, engineering, and execution teams for seamless delivery

Education and Qualification

Degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering

Experience

5–6 years' Experience in wastewater treatment design (MBBR/biological processes preferred)

Other Requirements

• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional environments
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
• Proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or application engineering
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
• Hands-on exposure to site evaluation and troubleshooting. Ability to translate site problems into practical, engineered solutions
