~ Field Sales & Client Relationship Management

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to be the face of our oil and gas equipment business in the field. You will be out meeting clients, opening doors, and building relationships, becoming the person a client picks up the phone to call when they need something. Your job is to win trust, spot opportunities, upsell, and act as the client's champion inside our company, pulling in the right technical and commercial people when a deal needs to move. We want ambitious engineers who want to build a career in sales.

Get out into the field: visit clients, prospect actively, and open new doors across the assigned territory.

• Be the client's first point of contact, answering their calls, understanding their needs, and escalating quickly to the right people inside the company.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with procurement and engineering teams.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and grow account value.
• Engage and win after-sales services and products, including repairs and recertifications, spares and consumables.
• Travel
• Must be willing to travel, with travel expected to be around 50% of the role. All travel expenses will be covered by the company. Engineering degree (Mechanical, Petroleum, Production, Industrial, or related). 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B field sales, ideally in upstream oil and gas or heavy-duty machinery and equipment.
• Sound grasp of engineering fundamentals: torque, force, momentum, and physical dimensioning, able to hold a technical conversation credibly.
• Hands-on exposure to heavy-duty machinery, rotating equipment, or oilfield equipment and services.
