Job Overview : PersolKelly is seeking talented and enthusiastic Senior Level IT Recruiters to join our dynamic IT Human Resources team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, Sourcing screening, and shortlisting potential candidates.

Position: IT Recruiter
Bangalore ((Remote/On-site (as applicable))

Talent Sourcing: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates for further consideration.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracker.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective Talent Acquisition (TA) policies and procedures.
Formulate and execute key policies and strategic plans to align with organizational goals.
Manage recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Lead the training and development of staff to enhance workforce capabilities.
Analyze and improve operational and recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Experience working in the APAC market is highly preferred.
