OperAxis is a W2 IT staffing firm supporting US clients. We are hiring remote Technical Recruiter Interns across India for first stage screening on a night desk.
Mode: 100% remote, pan India
Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST, 5 days a week
Duration: 3 months, extendable on performance
You will support first stage recruiting on live US IT contract roles such as Java, React, DevOps, Data, QA, BA, and similar.
Complete a structured candidate intake form (location, work authorization, education, notice period, expected W2 rate, relocation)
Update trackers in Excel or Google Sheets
Coordinate follow ups, document collection, and interview scheduling
Run a scripted first checkpoint call only after training and written sign off
Final year students or recent graduates in HR, MBA HR, Business, or related fields who can work nights
People with prior internship or project exposure to recruitment, campus hiring, or talent coordination
Strong written English and clear spoken English on video during night hours
Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
Own laptop, stable night internet, backup hotspot, WhatsApp, and Gmail
Able to stay online from 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST. Leaving the desk mid shift is not
Must have confirmed night availability before joining
Discretion with candidate data
Prior use of Naukri, LinkedIn, or Internshala for sourcing
Experience filling trackers or ATS notes
Pay range and compensation package
₹5,000 per month, paid after attendance and quality review. Certificate and LOR on performance. Conversion only if quality, volume, and compliance stay high.
