About the job

We are looking for a curious, enthusiastic fresher to join our Gurgaon headquarters as a Technical Program Executive. You will help bring new clients onto the Zippee platform and make sure their systems connect smoothly with ours, working alongside Product, Engineering, Operations, clients, and technology partners. You do not need to be a software developer, and you do not need prior work experience. If you are curious about how apps and systems talk to each other, enjoy staying organized, and like solving problems, we will teach you the rest. You will be mentored by experienced team members and learn on real client projects from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Help onboard new clients and support implementation projects from requirement gathering through go-live.
2. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, clients, and technology partners to keep milestones on track.
3. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): prepare test cases, coordinate testing, log issues, and follow them until closed.
4. Assist during production deployments and post-go-live activities.
5. Learn how orders move between systems (order management, warehouse, logistics, partner platforms) and help spot where things get stuck.
6. Work with technical teams to find and resolve integration issues, with guidance from senior members.
7. Prepare project documents, simple process flows, trackers, and regular status updates.
8. Explain technical issues in simple language to clients and business teams, and pass client requirements clearly to engineers.
9. Track risks, open issues, and action items, and follow up with the right people on time.
10. Suggest ideas to improve how we onboard clients and run integrations.

1. Basic idea of what an API is, or having tried a tool like Postman.

2. Awareness of how an online order goes from purchase to delivery.

3. Familiarity with project tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, or Google Docs.

4. Any project, internship, or college event where you coordinated people or tracked tasks.

5. Basic understanding of OMS, WMS, or LMS (Order, Warehouse, and Last-mile/Logistics systems).
