We are looking for a Technical Manager to manage the complete technical operations of the mall, including MEP, electrical, fire & safety, facility maintenance, IT infrastructure, and vendor management .
Key Responsibilities
Manage Electrical, HVAC, DG, Elevators/Escalators, Plumbing, STP/WTP and MEP systems .
Oversee Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Hose Reel and Smoke Detection systems.
Ensure fire safety compliance, drills, documentation and Fire NOC coordination.
Plan preventive maintenance and minimize equipment breakdowns.
Manage AMC vendors, contractors and SLAs .
Monitor energy consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate tenant fit-outs and minor civil works .
