This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 based in India. We are seeking an experienced CRM Technical Lead to drive the development and delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. In this role, you will lead technical implementation, oversee custom CRM components, and develop integrations that support complex enterprise business requirements. You will provide hands-on expertise in plug-ins, workflows, automation, and custom business logic while guiding development teams on architecture and coding standards. Working closely with functional leads and solution architects, you will translate business needs into secure, maintainable, and high-performing technical solutions. You will also oversee code reviews, troubleshooting, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives. This remote opportunity is suited to a seasoned technical professional who can combine development expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration. Candidates must also be willing to relocate to the UAE if required. Accountabilities - Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and project objectives. - Design, build, and maintain custom CRM components, extensions, plug-ins, workflows, and business logic. - Develop and oversee Power Platform integrations with Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems to enable seamless data exchange and process automation. - Provide technical direction to development teams on solution architecture, coding standards, security, performance optimization, and development best practices. - Review technical designs, code, and implementations to ensure quality, scalability, maintainability, and consistency. - Collaborate with functional leads, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Lead technical troubleshooting, investigate complex issues, and implement improvements to system performance and reliability. - Support deployment planning, release management, implementation activities, and ongoing technical delivery. - Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft Power Platform capabilities to enhance CRM functionality, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency. - Maintain technical documentation, development guidelines, and implementation standards while mentoring team members and promoting continuous improvement. Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical development, including substantial technical leadership responsibilities. - Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform. - Proven experience developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 plug-ins, workflows, custom components, extensions, and business logic. - Strong experience designing and implementing integrations between Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and enterprise applications. - Good understanding of Dynamics 365 development frameworks, APIs, customization capabilities, security models, and solution management. - Demonstrated experience leading technical development teams, reviewing code, evaluating technical designs, and enforcing development standards. - Knowledge of software development best practices, system performance optimization, scalability, and secure solution design. - Experience supporting troubleshooting, deployment, release activities, and enterprise CRM implementations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work effectively with functional and technical teams.
