Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Technical Lead for Cell Analysis in Bangalore to provide scientific expertise and customer support for flow cytometry, cell sorting, and advanced cell culture technologies. The role combines pre- and post-sales technical consultation, hands-on training, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive customer success in translational and clinical research.
Responsibilities
Deliver on-site pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales product training for flow cytometry and cell analysis solutions
Provide technical consultation on panel design, assay optimization, and advanced cell culture workflows
Prepare and present scientific seminars and lead hands-on workshops for diverse audiences
Develop training content including videos, manuals, and educational materials for customer applications
Collaborate with regional scientists and internal teams to implement customer projects and identify market opportunities
Requirements
PhD in Biology, Cell Biology, or related field
Minimum 5 years commercial experience and 5 years laboratory experience
Expertise in data analysis, experimental design, and technical troubleshooting
Knowledge of cell biology and immunology applications
Understanding of clinical workflow standards and industry best practices
