Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Technical Lead for Cell Analysis in Bangalore to provide scientific expertise and customer support for flow cytometry, cell sorting, and advanced cell culture technologies. The role combines pre- and post-sales technical consultation, hands-on training, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive customer success in translational and clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales product training for flow cytometry and cell analysis solutions
• Provide technical consultation on panel design, assay optimization, and advanced cell culture workflows
• Prepare and present scientific seminars and lead hands-on workshops for diverse audiences
• Develop training content including videos, manuals, and educational materials for customer applications
• Collaborate with regional scientists and internal teams to implement customer projects and identify market opportunities

Requirements

• PhD in Biology, Cell Biology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years commercial experience and 5 years laboratory experience
• Expertise in data analysis, experimental design, and technical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of cell biology and immunology applications
• Understanding of clinical workflow standards and industry best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel 50% of the time
