Role : Developer / Technical LeadRequired Technical Skill Set :- Working Knowledge on Nice Actimize Tool, Java/J2EE, Unix, RDBMS and PL/SQL- Enterprise Risk Case Management (ERCM)- Experience in AML & Compliance Portfolio- AML Detection & Prevention- Financial Markets ComplianceMust-Have Nice Actimize Modules :- SAM, CDD, CTR, WLF, ActOne, Java/ J2EE, PLSQLGood-to-Have :- UNIX and Shell scriptingKey Responsibilities :- Work extensively with Actimize Designer to create data views, map UI fields, configure backend queries, and support application development.- Work with Actimize Visual Modeler to configure channels, process flows, and business workflows.- Implement, configure, and test Actimize AML modules including SAM, CDD, CTR, WLF, and ActOne.- Develop and support system integrations, plugins, interfaces, and data flows into Actimize.- Work on AML/Fraud prevention solutions within the Banking and Financial Services domain.- Apply strong technical knowledge of application frameworks, databases, system integration, and database optimization.- Develop and maintain solutions using Java/J2EE, PL/SQL, RDBMS, and MQ.- Troubleshoot application issues, perform defect fixes, and provide technical support.- Handle code deployment, configuration management, release activities, and production support.- Create and maintain Knowledge Base (KB), SOPs, technical documentation, and support procedures.- Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement process/technical enhancements.- Participate in Agile development methodologies, ceremonies, and project delivery activities.- Coordinate shift handovers and ensure smooth transition of activities to the next shift.- Adhere to defined SLAs, support processes, and shift timings.Must-Have Skills :- NICE Actimize- Actimize SAM- Actimize CDD / CTR / WLF / ActOne- Actimize Designer- Actimize Visual Modeler- Java / J2EE- PL/SQL- RDBMS / SQL- MQ / Messaging- AML / Fraud Prevention- System Integration & Plugin Development- Agile MethodologyGood-to-Have Skills :- UNIX- Shell Scripting- Production Support- Configuration Management- Application Deployment- Financial Services / Banking domain experienceCandidate Profile :- Strong hands-on experience in NICE Actimize development and implementation.- Good understanding of AML, Fraud Prevention, and Financial Crime processes in the financial services domain.- Strong programming and database skills in Java/J2EE and PL/SQL.- Experience in application integration, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and documentation skills.- Ability to work effectively in an Agile and multi-shift environment.
