Eurofins seeks a Document Writer to coordinate scientific documentation across drafting, review, and approval stages in a regulated environment. This role manages document lifecycle, ensures consistency and regulatory compliance, and liaises between scientific, quality, and regulatory teams.
Responsibilities
Coordinate scientific input from multiple authors, reviewers, and subject matter experts
Track document components through drafting, review, and approval stages
Ensure consistency in scientific terminology, formatting, and regulatory alignment
Develop and manage document timelines to support project milestones and deliverables
Act as liaison between scientific, quality, regulatory, and client-facing teams
Requirements

Experience coordinating technical or scientific documentation in regulated settings

Ability to manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated organizational skills and logical reasoning ability
