About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Write content for service pages, blogs, landing pages, case studies, and solution pages.
2. Research and write about Salesforce, Data bricks, AI, CRM, data, and enterprise technologies.
3. Create SEO-friendly content based on search intent and business requirements.
4. Simplify complex technical topics into easy-to-understand business language.
5. Work with SEO, marketing, and technical teams for content research and validation.
Review and update existing website content.
6. Ensure content is grammatically correct, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Client Relationship Management (CRM) English Proficiency (Written) Research and Analytics Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Technical Writing

Other requirements

1. One Plus years of experience in technical, IT, SaaS, or B2B content writing.

2. Excellent written English and editing skills.

3. Good understanding of SEO and content structure.

4. Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.
