Technical Architect - Solution Design in India, भारत

Role & Responsibilities :- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance technical architectures aligned with business requirements.- Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions and architecture designs.- Define application, integration, database, cloud, and infrastructure architecture standards.- Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and architectural gaps and recommend mitigation strategies.- Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering Managers, Developers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.- Design and oversee APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed systems where applicable.- Establish and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, design decisions, and standards.- Support cloud adoption, modernization, migration, and digital transformation initiatives where required.- Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, reliability, and performance requirements.- Mentor senior developers and engineers and contribute to building strong technical capabilities within the team.- Participate in proof-of-concepts (POCs) and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to the organization's technology roadmap.- Troubleshoot complex production and architectural issues and provide long-term technical solutions.- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define and execute the organization's technology https://jobeax.com/link/0HeH48ZR7kuz1eQC Candidate Profile :- 8 - 10 years of experience in software development, solution design, technical architecture, or related engineering roles.- Experience designing scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications.- Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, messaging systems, and system integration.- Experience with one or more major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.- Good understanding of databases, including relational and/or NoSQL technologies.- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation is preferred.- Strong understanding of application security, authentication/authorization, data protection, and secure coding practices.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, mentoring, architecture reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.- Ability to balance business requirements, technical feasibility, cost, scalability, security, and maintainability when making architectural decisions.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
