About Strattmont

Strattmont is an international talent solutions company helping ambitious businesses identify, attract, and hire exceptional professionals.

Operating across Saudi Arabia, the wider GCC, the United States, and international markets, we partner with innovative startups, fast-growing technology companies, and established enterprises to solve complex hiring challenges.

Our approach goes beyond traditional recruitment. We combine targeted headhunting, market intelligence, structured candidate evaluation, and technology-driven sourcing to deliver talent that makes a measurable impact.

We're not looking for someone who simply fills vacancies. We're looking for someone who knows how to find talent that others cannot.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong understanding of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, AI, and emerging technologies.

You'll take ownership of challenging technical recruitment assignments, working directly with hiring managers, engineering leaders, CTOs, and founders to identify and engage highly skilled professionals.

This role requires someone who can understand technical requirements beyond job titles, build intelligent sourcing strategies, and assess candidates through meaningful technical conversations.

You'll work on positions ranging from individual contributors to senior engineering leadership, often involving niche technologies, highly competitive markets, and demanding hiring timelines.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Technical Recruitment & Headhunting

Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding technical requirements to candidate selection and successful placement.
Proactively identify and engage passive engineering talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Boolean searches, GitHub, technical communities, and other sourcing channels.
Build targeted talent maps across companies, technologies, industries, and geographic markets.
Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill, senior, and highly specialized engineering positions.
Maintain qualified talent pipelines rather than relying exclusively on active vacancies or incoming applications.

2. Engineering & Technology Specialization

You'll primarily recruit across the following disciplines:

Software Engineering & Architecture

Backend, Frontend, and Full-Stack Engineers
Python, Java, .NET, https://jobeax.com/link/JSd7UYCSg572jJDY, React, and related technologies
Software Architects, Technical Leads, and Engineering Managers
Staff Engineers, Principal Engineers, and Heads of Engineering

Cloud, Infrastructure & DevOps

AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Engineers
DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
Cloud Architects, Infrastructure Engineers, and Kubernetes Specialists
Cybersecurity and Cloud Security Engineers

AI, Data & Emerging Technologies

AI/ML Engineers and AI Solution Architects
Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI Engineers
Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and MLOps Engineers
Computer Vision, IoT, and Embedded Systems Engineers

Engineering Leadership & Specialized Roles

CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Engineering Directors
Technical Product Leaders and Engineering Delivery Managers
Hardware, Systems, and Automation Engineers
Other specialized engineering roles depending on client requirements

3. Technical Screening & Candidate Assessment

Conduct structured candidate interviews to evaluate technical experience, engineering environments, project complexity, and professional achievements.
Understand the differences between technologies, frameworks, engineering architectures, and levels of technical seniority.
Assess candidates against technical requirements, relevant project experience, communication skills, salary expectations, and cultural alignment.
Distinguish between candidates who simply list technologies on their CVs and those who have genuinely delivered complex engineering solutions.
Prepare concise, evidence-based candidate assessments and recommendations for clients.
Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, feedback, offers, and candidate negotiations.

You won't be expected to write production code, but you must understand enough about engineering to ask intelligent questions and recognize strong technical experience.

4. Client Collaboration & Recruitment Delivery

Work closely with Strattmont's recruitment leadership and clients to understand their engineering teams, products, technologies, and hiring priorities.
Translate complex job descriptions into clear candidate profiles and practical sourcing strategies.
Advise on candidate availability, salary expectations, market conditions, and realistic hiring requirements.
Present qualified shortlists with clear reasoning behind each recommendation.
Manage multiple recruitment assignments while maintaining speed, accuracy, and an excellent candidate experience.
Build trusted relationships with technical professionals and hiring managers across international markets.

5. Recruitment Intelligence & Technology

Use AI-assisted sourcing, screening, and recruitment tools to improve research quality and recruitment efficiency.
Develop advanced Boolean and X-ray search strategies.
Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines, candidate records, and hiring progress.
Track sourcing effectiveness, candidate conversion, interview feedback, and placement outcomes.
Continuously research emerging technologies, engineering talent markets, and competitor hiring activity.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within an international recruitment agency, RPO, or specialized technology recruitment environment.
Demonstrated success recruiting software engineers, cloud professionals, DevOps engineers, AI specialists, or similar technical positions.
Strong understanding of software development technologies, engineering roles, and modern technology environments.
Advanced sourcing and headhunting capabilities, particularly when engaging passive candidates.
Experience working directly with technical hiring managers and understanding complex job descriptions.
Ability to independently manage recruitment assignments from intake to offer acceptance.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong candidate interviewing, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.

Highly Desirable

Previous recruitment experience across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, Europe, or the United States.
Experience recruiting for SaaS, AI, cloud services, IoT, enterprise software, or technology consulting companies.
A track record of placing senior engineers, technical architects, engineering managers, or technology leaders.
Familiarity with GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-powered recruitment tools.
Understanding of AWS ecosystems, enterprise technologies, and modern engineering team structures.
Experience supporting startups, scale-ups, and enterprise technology clients.

What Success Looks Like

We measure success through the quality of talent you identify, the relationships you build, and your ability to deliver results.

You'll be expected to:

Consistently identify and engage relevant engineering candidates for challenging assignments.
Deliver strong, well-assessed candidate shortlists within agreed timelines.
Maintain high candidate-to-interview conversion through accurate technical qualification.
Build sustainable talent pipelines across priority technologies and markets.
Successfully manage multiple hiring processes without compromising candidate quality.
Contribute to successful placements, repeat business, and long-term client satisfaction.

Who Will Thrive at Strattmont?

You'll fit naturally into our team if:

You're a hunter, not an administrator. You enjoy finding exceptional candidates who aren't actively looking for jobs.
You're technically curious. You want to understand what engineers actually build, not just memorize programming languages.
You think strategically. You know where to look for talent, which companies to target, and how to approach difficult searches.
You take ownership. You don't wait for instructions when a search becomes challenging.
You care about quality. You would rather present three outstanding candidates than ten poorly matched profiles.
You enjoy international recruitment. You're comfortable navigating different talent markets, cultures, and hiring expectations.

Why Join Strattmont?

At Strattmont, you'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful engineering searches for ambitious technology companies across international markets.

You'll gain exposure to innovative technologies, work closely with decision-makers, and play a direct role in helping companies build high-performing engineering teams.

We value initiative, intelligence, accountability, and results. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, contribute ideas, and grow alongside an expanding international recruitment business.
