We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Full-Stack Development (AI-Native) to lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in software development. This role is responsible for delivering scalable, high-performance applications, driving AI-first engineering practices, mentoring developers, and ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient product delivery across web, backend, cloud, and AI-enabled systems.

Drive end-to-end feature delivery from architecture to deployment.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable releases.
Ensure high application availability, scalability, security, and performance.
Review code, enforce engineering standards, and improve development processes.
Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Leadership teams to deliver business-critical features.
Build and integrate AI-powered features using LLMs, RAG, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation.
Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve platform reliability.
Drive system architecture, cloud optimization, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of hands-on Full-Stack Development experience with team leadership responsibilities.

Strong experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, ECS, and related cloud infrastructure.
Experience designing scalable REST APIs and microservices.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, Docker, and cloud deployment.
Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and application scalability.
Experience implementing AI-powered applications using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or Machine Learning solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and leadership skills.
