Apply and tailor OUM, AIM, TCM, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches based on project complexity, contractual commitments, and client governance requirements.
Establish program governance, decision rights, escalation paths, stage gates, quality controls, meeting cadence, and reporting standards across functional and technical workstreams.

Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, change requests, contracts, and deliverable acceptance while protecting project outcomes and commercial commitments.
Coordinate solution design, configuration, integrations, data migration, reporting, security, testing, change management, training, cutover, and business readiness across all workstreams.
Drive fit-to-standard adoption, design governance, traceability, deliverable quality, defect closure, cutover rehearsals, go-live criteria, and production stabilisation.
Prepare, baseline, maintain, and control Microsoft Project Plan (MPP) schedules, including work breakdown structures, task dependencies, milestones, critical paths, resource assignments, progress updates, schedule variance, forecasting, and management reporting.
Manage system integrators, Oracle, third-party vendors, internal teams, and client stakeholders, ensuring accountability for scope, timelines, service levels, and quality.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in project or program management and proven hands-on leadership of multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
Strong delivery experience across one or more Oracle Fusion domains such as ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, Procurement, Projects, or cross-pillar transformation programs.
Thorough knowledge of OUM, AIM, TCM, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project lifecycles.
Demonstrated experience establishing governance, PMO controls, steering committees, stage gates, design authority, change control, delivery cadence, and quality assurance.
Strong command of scope, schedule, budget, effort, forecasting, resource capacity, dependency, critical-path, milestone, and benefits tracking.
Hands-on expertise in RAID logs, issue resolution, risk mitigation, decision logs, assumptions, actions, change requests, recovery plans, and executive escalation management.
Experience managing requirements, design, Conference Room Pilots, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, defect management, security, training, cutover, go-live, Hypercare, and support transition.
Mandatory real hands-on expertise in Microsoft Project and MPP files, including creating and managing detailed schedules, baselines, dependencies, critical paths, milestones, resources, actuals, remaining work, slippage, variance, and forecasts.
Ability to generate schedule, milestone, resource, cost, and executive status reports directly from MPP and explain schedule health, delays, impacts, and recovery actions to senior stakeholders.
Strong client-facing experience, including leading difficult discussions, negotiating priorities, managing expectations, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving decisions and closure.
Experience managing distributed teams, system integrators, vendors, subcontractors, and business stakeholders across locations and time zones.
PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project/program management certification is preferred.
