Right now, we´re seeking Generative AI Developer with strong expertise in Azure cloud, Python programming, and hands-on experience building LLM-based applications.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-powered solutions that drive innovation and business impact, with a focus on building autonomous agents that leverage LLMs, reinforcement learning, prompt engineering, and advanced decision-making strategies to handle complex data and workflow tasks
Build, customize, and deploy Generative AI models on Azure AI/ML ecosystem.
Develop RAG-based solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge bases for context-enriched AI responses.
Design and implement modular, reusable AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making using LLMs, APIs, and tools like LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
Integrate ML models (NLP, CV, RL) into agent behavior pipelines to support inference, learning, and feedback loops.
Collaborate with MLOps, data engineering, and product teams to deploy agents at scale in production environments.
A degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
Fluent communication skills in English both written and verbal
Team player who can share experience with the team and grow them technically
