Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct robotics and STEM training sessions for students in schools.
2. Deliver engaging, interactive, and practical-based learning experiences.
3. Teach concepts including robotics, basic electronics, coding, and automation.
4. Assist students in building and programming robotics projects.
5. Maintain training materials, kits, and equipment.
6. Coordinate with school authorities for scheduling and curriculum delivery.
7. Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
8. Participate in workshops, competitions, and exhibitions as required.

5. Willingness to travel to different school locations.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 4 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60,000 - 1,00,000 /year
