Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with strong hands-on knowledge of grouting, cable anchoring, slope protection, and construction site execution. The candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with clients, leading site teams, and ensuring proper planning and execution of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor TAM grouting and consolidation grouting works.
Supervise cable anchor installation and stressing activities.
Manage slope protection and stabilization works.
Plan and coordinate day-to-day site execution activities.
Independently handle site operations and ensure work progress as per project schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and other site resources.
Lead site teams and ensure effective workforce utilization.
Monitor work quality, safety, productivity, and project progress.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Identify site-related issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of TAM grouting and consolidation grouting.
Practical experience in cable anchor works and stressing.
Knowledge of slope protection and stabilization techniques.
Strong site planning, execution, and monitoring skills.
Excellent client coordination and communication skills.
Team management and leadership abilities.
Ability to work independently at project sites.
Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, geotechnical engineering, or infrastructure projects.
Hands-on experience in the specified technical activities is essential.
1) Develop automation system designs, including electrical schematics, control system architecture, and integration plans. 2) Select appropriate components like PLCs, sensors, motors, actuators, and HMIs based on project requirements.
Preparing/ review of all Tenders/ Work Orders/ Purchase Order for various civil/MEP/interior works for various projects. Preparing tender scrutiny reports for selection/ prequalification of bidders. Looking after the issues related to Contract Management pertaining to all projects.
