Key Responsibilities:

1. Research industries and map talent landscapes for high-growth clients.
2. Source candidates using AI tools alongside Boolean, referrals, and niche platforms.
3. Maintain candidate data and reports within the Qrata platform.
4 Track sourcing metrics (pipeline strength, conversion, diversity).
5. Collaborate with talent advisors to optimise sourcing strategies and achieve hiring goals.
