Source and engage candidates through job boards, professional networking, social platforms, and referrals. Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver top-quality talent in a timely manner.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across contract, contract-to-hire (C2H), and full-time roles.
Work with various employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and handle visa categories including H1B, GC, USC, OPT, and CPT.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Cab facilities both way, WFO-5 days.
