Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end migration of Tableau dashboards, data sources, and calculations into Power BI, ensuring feature parity and performance optimization.
Map Tableau calculated fields, parameters, and LOD expressions to DAX equivalents while preserving business logic and visual fidelity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to audit existing Tableau reports, prioritize migration scope, and define success KPIs post-migration.
Design and build scalable Power BI data models using DirectQuery, Import, or Composite modes based on source system constraints.
Implement row-level security (RLS), dynamic filtering, and governance standards aligned with enterprise compliance requirements.
Document migration playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and training materials to enable client self-sufficiency.
