Your Role
We are looking for a Tableau Developer / BI Support Analyst to join our in-house team and take ownership of Tableau dashboard development, enhancement, maintenance, and day-to-day support.
You will work closely with business users and the analytics team to understand reporting requirements, develop dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate and reliable reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Develop interactive and user-friendly Tableau dashboards and reports.
Modify and enhance existing dashboards based on business requirements.
Create calculated fields, parameters, filters, actions, sets, and LOD expressions.
Connect Tableau with multiple data sources and support data preparation.
Provide day-to-day support for existing Tableau dashboards.
Troubleshoot data, refresh, performance, access, and visualization issues.
Monitor scheduled refreshes and ensure dashboard availability.
Write SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting.
Work with databases such as SAP HANA, SAP B1, Oracle, and SQL .
Validate data accuracy and investigate reporting discrepancies.
Collaborate with business users and the BI/analytics team to deliver reporting solutions.
Maintain dashboard, data source, and reporting documentation.
Requirements
4–5 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development or BI reporting.
Strong experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud .
Good knowledge of Tableau calculated fields, LODs, parameters, filters, actions, and sets.
Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with databases.
Understanding of SAP data structures, particularly SAP HANA / SAP B1 , is preferred.
Experience in dashboard troubleshooting, data validation, and performance optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills
Tableau Server/Cloud administration and user/access management.
Tableau extracts, refresh schedules, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of Excel and other BI tools.
Exposure to Power BI, Python, ETL, or data warehousing .
