We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT Recruitment with 1–3 years of experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, C2H hiring, interview coordination, stakeholder management, negotiation, and onboarding .

You will be responsible for managing candidates through the recruitment lifecycle while working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to close technology positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/technology positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels .
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, notice period, and role fit .
• Conduct initial candidate screening through calls and evaluate communication, technical exposure, career history, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Handle Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment and understand the requirements and processes involved in C2H hiring.
• Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews with candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the interview and offer process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Drive candidates through offer acceptance, documentation, pre-joining follow-ups, and onboarding .
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in ATS/recruitment trackers .
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming technology requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire and candidate experience.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with technical/IT hiring across roles such as Software Developers, QA, Data, Cloud, DevOps, etc.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Experience with C2H/Contract-to-Hire recruitment is required.
• Good understanding of technical skills and IT job requirements .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
• Ability to interact confidently with candidates and hiring stakeholders .
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills .
• Strong interview coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to timelines and follow-ups.

Preferred

• Experience working in a fast-paced IT recruitment/staffing environment .
• Exposure to C2H, contract staffing, or client-based hiring .
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS/CRM tools, and recruitment trackers .
• Understanding of IT hiring trends and commonly used technology stacks.
