Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application-specific support issues
Serve as IT configuration expert and subject matter expert for assigned systems
Deploy system code to application environments and manage change requests
Execute application security requests and maintain related documentation
Collaborate with development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders on releases and issue resolution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic or vocational qualification
3-4 years relevant application support experience or equivalent education/training combination
Proficiency with relational databases, primarily Oracle and SQL Server
Server administration knowledge: Windows Server and Linux environments
Strong SQL and PL/SQL troubleshooting capabilities
Familiarity with Change Management policies and ticket management systems
