Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Systems Developer to provide L2 technical support and engineering ownership for business-critical automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and RPA technologies. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, implementing fixes, supporting infrastructure changes, and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for production automation solutions, owning escalated issues from diagnosis through closure
• Analyze code, logs, integrations, and data to determine root causes of automation failures
• Design, develop, and enhance Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions
• Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms for production systems
• Mentor Associate Systems Developers and conduct knowledge transfer on troubleshooting and technical practices

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform
• Experience developing Power Apps solutions
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and authentication
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in automation development, RPA, or software engineering
