System Analyst III - SOLIDWORKS PDM Administrator in Bangalore, भारत

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a System Analyst III to provide technical expertise for Oracle Cloud PLM solutions in a production support role. The position involves resolving access, incident, and change requests while enhancing user experience for validated and non-validated systems in the Bangalore office.

Responsibilities

• Support validated and non-validated production systems by resolving access, incident, and change requests
• Provide technical expertise to build effective, scalable PLM solutions aligned with organizational standards
• Troubleshoot and monitor production and non-production environments for system stability
• Gather business requirements, perform solution analysis, and participate in solution design and deployment
• Drive continuous improvement and enable support teams to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PLM and/or Agile PLM development, implementation, and support
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud PLM modules: Product Development, Product Data Hub, Innovation Management
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Composer, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud
• Knowledge of validated systems and regulatory compliance, including 21 CFR Part 11
• Proven L2/L3 production support and troubleshooting experience for PLM applications
• Functional understanding of PLM business processes: Part Management, Document Management, CAD Management, Change Management
