Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a System Analyst III to provide technical expertise for Oracle Cloud PLM solutions in a production support role. The position involves resolving access, incident, and change requests while enhancing user experience for validated and non-validated systems in the Bangalore office.
Responsibilities
Support validated and non-validated production systems by resolving access, incident, and change requests
Provide technical expertise to build effective, scalable PLM solutions aligned with organizational standards
Troubleshoot and monitor production and non-production environments for system stability
Gather business requirements, perform solution analysis, and participate in solution design and deployment
Drive continuous improvement and enable support teams to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
8+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PLM and/or Agile PLM development, implementation, and support
Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud PLM modules: Product Development, Product Data Hub, Innovation Management
Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Composer, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud
Knowledge of validated systems and regulatory compliance, including 21 CFR Part 11
Proven L2/L3 production support and troubleshooting experience for PLM applications
Functional understanding of PLM business processes: Part Management, Document Management, CAD Management, Change Management
