Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact lenders, brokers, clients, and third parties via email and phone to obtain required documents or missing information.
2. Maintain professional communication and ensure timely responses.
3. Handle emails and calls simultaneously, switching between tasks without losing accuracy.
4. Keep track of multiple cases or requests at once.
5. Answer incoming calls from clients who want to make payments.
6. Process payments accurately in the system and follow security protocols.
7. Log into various lender portals.
8. Download required documents and upload completed or updated files.
9. Ensure documents are stored correctly and properly labeled.
10. Complete all assigned tasks within the agreed timelines.
11. Escalate delays when needed and keep supervisors informed.
12. Monitor inbox throughout the day.
13. Respond promptly to internal and external emails.
14. Categorize, flag, or organize emails for follow-up.
15. Complete all assigned tasks within the agreed timelines.
