Job Title: Garments / Textiles Supervisor

Job Summary:

To supervise daily production activities, manage workers, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely completion of production targets in the garments or textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily production and workflow.
   

2. Allocate tasks to workers and monitor performance.
   

3. Ensure product quality and reduce defects.
   

4. Achieve daily production targets.
   

5. Monitor machine usage and report breakdowns.
   

6. Maintain production records and attendance.
   

7. Ensure workplace safety and discipline.
   

8. Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
   

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Garments / Textile Technology preferred.
  

• Experience in garments or textile production.
  

• Knowledge of production processes.
  

• Knowledge of quality control standards.
