Responsibilities
Supervise daily logistics and transportation operations ensuring timely, compliant movement of materials and medical samples
Coordinate transportation activities and distribution flows to support supply continuity and product integrity
Monitor transportation performance, asset utilization, and tracking data to improve visibility and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements across transportation and handling activities
Lead team performance, facilitate capability development, and manage workload alignment
Requirements
Associate's degree in life sciences, clinical research, business administration, logistics, or related field preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and customer request handling
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business and operational needs
