Key Responsibilities:

1. Creating accurate and culturally relevant subtitles in Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, and Tamil languages
2. Transcribing and translating dialogue from English to target languages
3. Editing and proofreading subtitles to ensure quality and consistency
4. Collaborating with the localization team to maintain consistency across all languages
5. Staying updated on language trends and cultural nuances to enhance subtitle quality
6. Meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
7. Providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in subtitle localization

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 15 days

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,20,000 - 7,80,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,20,000 - 4,20,000 /year
