The role involves driving process excellence, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high-quality data services supporting commercial and marketing operations.
Responsibilities
Drive process excellence initiatives including standardization, optimization, and automation across assigned services
Act as primary point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned service areas or markets
Lead service transitions, onboarding of new services, and geographical expansions with effective knowledge transfer
Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, managing vendor relationships and team delivery
Coordinate with stakeholders globally to implement standardization initiatives and resolve operational issues
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years in service delivery or shared service operations
Deep operational experience within a global operations or shared service centre environment
Proven track record delivering high-quality services and implementing process improvements
Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication capabilities
Strategic mindset with ability to identify optimization and standardization opportunities
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with strong English presentation abilities
