Amgen seeks a Study Delivery Associate to provide administrative and operational support for clinical trial management in Hyderabad. The role focuses on study coordination, data systems management, document preparation, and process improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and study timelines are met.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain study-level trackers, dashboards, timelines, and risk mitigation documentation
Enter and manage accurate data in clinical trial management systems and ensure system access compliance
Prepare, review, and file regulatory documents including protocols, informed consent forms, and study guides
Support study startup activities, training completion, site communications, and investigator meeting logistics
Coordinate investigational product and biological sample logistics with reconciliation and compliance tracking
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years clinical execution experience
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and clinical trial management systems
Knowledge of CTMS, eTMF, EDC systems and document management practices
Experience with clinical trial processes in biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO settings
Strong data entry, organizational, and regulatory compliance skills
Ability to collaborate across global teams and manage multiple concurrent tasks
