About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle calls and queries from new and existing students
2. Support admissions and onboarding
3. Help students with portal access and basic tech issues
4. Handle fee communication and GST invoices
5. Keep student and operational records accurate
6. Coordinate workshops, classes, and student activities
7. Work with the team to keep day-to-day operations smooth

How we work:

Monday to Saturday, 9 to 5, at our studio. Most roles are multi-role, so you'll work across two or three areas and learn a lot. If you can only give fewer days, the days, the work, and the pay are scaled proportionally.
