About the job

Our students and parents talk to us every day on WhatsApp and email. You'll be the voice they hear: warm, clear, and quick.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answer student and parent questions, and sort out class schedules
2. Follow up on missed classes and pending payments, politely and on time
3. Write our notices, reminders, and student messages
4. Keep student records up to date on our learning portal
5. Help with our YouTube channel and events when needed

You'll fit if you write and speak excellent English and genuinely enjoy helping people. Psychology, English, mass communication, and journalism graduates are especially welcome. Please answer the questions in your own words. We read every answer, and we can tell when it's copied from ChatGPT.
