We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our garment and lifestyle retail store in Dimapur, Nagaland. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in managing a retail fashion, apparel, or lifestyle store, with strong skills in sales management, team leadership, inventory control, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations: Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the retail outlet.
Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales, achieve monthly targets, improve conversion rates, and increase average transaction value.
Team Management: Supervise, motivate, train, and develop store staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer experience, handle customer complaints, and maintain high service standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate stock replenishment, conduct stock audits, and minimize shrinkage and stock discrepancies.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure proper product display, attractive merchandise presentation, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Store Display & Maintenance: Maintain store cleanliness, product arrangement, fitting rooms, and overall store presentation.
