Summary
We are seeking a motivated Store Associate or Executive to join our IT Services retail team. In this vital role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the store, maintaining high standards of inventory control, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. This position is essential for upholding the efficiency of our retail operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure products are available and replenished promptly.
Process customer transactions accurately and provide efficient billing assistance.
Arrange merchandise displays to enhance product visibility and appeal.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment within the store premises.
Communicate effectively with team members to support collaborative workflows.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction.
Oversee general retail store activities to ensure operational consistency.

Proven experience of 1 year in a retail or store environment.
Proficiency in inventory management and stock replenishment procedures.
Strong capability in billing support and transaction processing.
Skill in creating attractive product displays and merchandising setups.
Commitment to maintaining store cleanliness and operational standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of retail store operations and customer handling techniques.
