We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to oversee inventory accuracy, reconciliation, reporting, and inventory control processes across multiple operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has a proven track record of managing inventory in a fast-paced logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environment.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across multiple facilities
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Perform inventory analysis and prepare regular reports
Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Partner with operations to improve inventory processes and controls
Ensure compliance with inventory policies and best practices
Minimum 10 years of Inventory Control experience
Strong knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, reconciliation, and reporting
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
Experience supporting multi-site warehouse or 3PL operations
Knowledge of inventory KPIs, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies
