Welcome and attend to customers in a polite and friendly manner.
Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Explain menu items and assist customers with their queries.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
Handle customer requests professionally and ensure a positive dining experience.
Follow café service standards and support the team during busy hours.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Steward or in café/restaurant service.
Good communication and conversation skills.
Comfortable interacting with customers.
Friendly, presentable and customer-oriented personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.
Good teamwork, punctuality and a professional attitude.
Salary of 18,000–22,000 per month.
