About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct interactive STEM and Robotics sessions for school students, making complex concepts accessible and exciting
2. Teach concepts of robotics, coding, and 3D printing using practical, project-based approaches.
3. Guide students in STEM competitions and innovation challenges.
4. Develop lesson plans and hands-on activities that ignite curiosity and foster problem-solving skills
5. Maintain and troubleshoot robotics kits, drones, and lab equipment.
6. Collaborate with school faculty to enhance and integrate STEM education programs into existing curriculums
7. Plan and conduct coding activities to enhance student understanding.
8. Mentor students in coding, technology, and innovation, ensuring a safe and supportive lab environment
9. Stay current with trends in coding, robotics, and STEM education, adapting teaching methods as needed
10. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
11. Participate in research, professional development, and educational initiatives to advance STEM learning.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field; advanced degrees or STEAM certifications are a plus

2. Prior teaching or mentoring experience, especially in STEM/Robotics, is preferred.

3. Strong hands-on experience with Arduino, microcontrollers, drones, AI, and coding platforms.

4. Proficiency in Python, web/app development, and electronics.

5. Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics to young learners, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture

6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

7. Passion for education, innovation, and inspiring the next generation of problem solvers.

8. Willingness to learn new technologies and participate in ongoing professional development.
