About the job

We are seeking a STEM trainer to design curriculum and deliver hands-on learning in Robotics, AI, and STEM for school students. This is a field-intensive role focused on building modules, working closely with students, and enabling experiential learning through projects, STEM kits, and lab-based programs across educational institutions.

Key responsibilities:

A. Curriculum and module development:
1. Design structured STEM curriculum and modules (robotics, basic AI, coding, electronics)
2. Develop project-based lesson plans, activities, and learning resources
3. Create simple content for blended learning (worksheets, basic digital/video modules)

B. Training delivery and student engagement:
1. Conduct interactive STEM sessions in school labs and classrooms
2. Work closely with students to build projects, prototypes, and real-world applications
3. Facilitate hands-on learning using STEM kits and robotics tools
4. Adapt delivery based on student levels and school contexts

C. STEM lab and program implementation:
1. Support setup and effective use of STEM/robotics labs
2. Ensure proper handling and maintenance of kits and equipment
3. Travel extensively to partner schools for program delivery

D. Stakeholder engagement:
1. Coordinate with teachers and school leadership for smooth execution
2. Support basic teacher orientation for STEM lab usage

E. Assessment and continuous improvement:
1. Track student progress through projects and activities
2. Continuously refine curriculum based on feedback and on-ground insights
