Associate Director of Statistical Programming in the Oncology Biometrics department, responsible for leading statistical programming activities across clinical drug development, regulatory submissions, and commercialization efforts. Reports to the Director of Statistical Programming at a hybrid role in Bangalore.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage statistical programming activities at project and study levels
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of statistical programming aspects in clinical development
Develop clinical study reports and support regulatory submissions
Direct programming work related to commercialization and scientific data utilization
Manage concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field
Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
Advanced-level SAS programming expertise in clinical drug development
Comprehensive knowledge of CDISC standards and industry best practices
Technical and regulatory requirements knowledge in pharmaceutical programming
Project/study leadership experience
Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholder influence ability
