ICON seeks a Statistical Programmer II to develop and validate statistical programs supporting clinical trial analysis and reporting. The role involves collaborating with biostatisticians on phase IV and post-approval studies while ensuring regulatory compliance and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain complex statistical programs for data manipulation and analysis
• Collaborate with biostatisticians to interpret study requirements and implement analyses accurately
• Prepare and review statistical analysis plans, programming specifications, and derived datasets
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines throughout programming
• Mentor junior programmers and train team members on programming techniques

Requirements

• 2+ years statistical programming experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO settings
• Strong SAS programming expertise with clinical trial deliverables experience
• CDISC standards knowledge including SDTM and ADaM
• Experience developing, validating, and maintaining production-quality code
• Pinnacle 21 experience for CDISC compliance checks
• Basic R programming knowledge or exposure with willingness to develop proficiency
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
